The physical education program allows for individual differences and stresses cooperative behavior and active participation.  Through a variety of activities, students are encouraged to develop lifelong skills and interests, physical fitness, and a healthy lifestyle.
Physical education activities may include the following
 Team sports:  basketball, field hockey, lacrosse, soccer, softball, flag football, floor hockey, and volleyball.
 Individual sports:  archery, cross country skiing, golf,  pickleball, snow shoeing, and tennis.

Practice is an integral part of learning a sport.  
Here students are participating in volleyball and pickleball.
